Responsibilities and Roles
Responsible for executing daily production plans as per PPC schedules.
Manage and allocate manpower effectively across machines and shifts.
Ensure product quality, process control, and minimize rejections.
Coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
Monitor raw material availability, usage, and maintain SAP entries.
Verify production data, attendance, and daily reports.
Conduct shift meetings and ensure achievement of production targets.
Maintain housekeeping, 5S, and safety standards in the work area.
Support continuous improvement and resolve technical/process issues.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth production operations.
